My story

I started my career in finance and went on to become a strategy consultant. Again and again, I watched well-built strategies stall. The strategy was rarely the problem. The obstacles were people, team dynamics, and the systems around them: invisible forces, but forces that decide whether a plan succeeds.

That question changed my path. I studied organizational psychology at Harvard, trained as a professional coach, and later advised large corporations on how to build coaching that delivers results. Today I’ve coached around 150 leaders and work with teams using the systemic approaches of Peter Hawkins and David Clutterbuck.

My expertise in transition is also personal. I have lived and worked in five countries, built careers across languages and cultures, and raised three children along the way. I know what it takes to lead when everything around you is shifting.

That is what I bring to every engagement: the judgment of someone who has carried business responsibility, the rigor of evidence-based behavioral science, and the empathy of someone who has navigated big transitions herself. My work is to uncover the invisible forces that hold leaders and teams back, and turn them into visible results.
