Leadership Coaching

Great leadership starts with awareness, not invention.

My approach

I work on your real situations and keep the system around you in view, because no leader leads alone. If applicable I start with what your stakeholders, peers and team, need from you. Confidential stakeholder interviews show how your leadership lands today, and if you already have 360-degree feedback, I help you interpret it and turn it into action. Insights from behavioral science and neuroscience help you understand what drives your reactions under pressure, and how to build new habits deliberately.

How it works

  1. Scoping and agreement: a free introductory call, then clear goals agreed with you and, where your company invests, your sponsor.

  2. Discovery: confidential interviews with key stakeholders, plus any 360-degree feedback you bring, debriefed together.

  3. Your development agenda: the two or three shifts that will make the biggest difference.

  4. Coaching in action: typically over six months, online or in person, working on real situations between sessions.

  5. Review: follow-up conversations with your stakeholders show you and your sponsor what has changed.

Typical development areas include: leading change and transformation, executive presence, influence, difficult conversations, career and life transitions, women in leadership
